What does Brau Kat mean?

Brau Kat Travel above all means Quality Holidays. In truth the name really doesn't mean anything, a bit like the famous brand of ice-cream Haagen-Dazs!

The idea actually came from the first letters - Brau - in the surname of one of the partners and the second part - Kat - from the other partner's name, Katerina (Kat for short).

To our German friends, we have nothing to do with the brewing of beer, even though the name reminds us of this favourite beverage!  Perhaps you might believe there is a hidden meaning behind the name, maybe discovering a Brown Cat (we love cats!).
