My Kimolos. My paradise!
How much adoration emanating from this motto of the people of Kimolos that so expresses their ardent love for their island, which leads them to Paradise! Because only as paradise can we introduce this small island of the Aegean and once stepped on, it is impossible not to love it! The Indian fig trees, the rows of stone walls, the windmills of Xaplovouni, the mountains, the valleys and seas that surround it give peace. Here you can really relax body and soul. Kimolos is not an artificial alternative. It has never attracted the "presumed" hermits or globetrotters and those who deny the summer mainstream. Its visitors are ordinary travellers who find a map drawn by hand by some selective cartographer of this other face of the Cyclades.
