Mrs. Lisbet (Elizabeth), left Denmark behind and settled on this remote island, continuing in her own way the age old tradition of the potters of the Aegean Sea. As the traditional methods remain an art that has been forgotten or passively marketed. With new models, very modern, with great attention to detail she expresses her art through everyday objects. Her works are now part of the traditional products of the island. Tradition is not something sterile and rigid, but is alive with new shapes it goes through our daily lives. In the cafe restaurant of the Punta Square, you can find a small exhibition of her works or you can visit her shop in the Chora.
