Having a wide experience in the tranpsortion and organisation of large groups of people, we can in the main undertake the operational aspects of seminars, meetings and large conferences on Milos and on Sifnos. Giving great emphasis to every small detail in order to achieve our goal.

Accomodation:
Accommodating delegates in small or lux hotels depending on the infrastructure in the Western Cyclades
Catering:
Organisation of light meals and coffee breaks on location at the conference venue, suggesting restaurants and menus for delegates dinner gatherings
Events:
Organisation of events, tour guiding, itinerary suggestions for accompanying members, VIP services
Conference:
Technical support (signs, audio/visual equipment, speakers panel, internet access, electricians/lighting,
availability of space/forum tailored to meet the needs of the conference centre etc.)
Human resources:
Experienced personel covering all locations/activities (hospitality desk, translations, assistants, 23hr line of communication during the conference period etc.)
Beyond the operational cover (if requested):
Administration cover and assistance before, during and at the closure of the conference.
Assistance with decoration of the hall including floral displays, photography, recording of minutes, advertising, local newspapers, badges, bags etc.
