At the Chora there is only one hotel. The main offer is in Loutra (12km from the port), where is concentrated the tourism of Kythnos.
Local Bus Services
On the island there are buses with routes to the port, the Chora, Driopida, Loutra and other villages. There are also taxis.
General
Kythnos is not well known by foreign visitors, but it is certainly one of the Greeks' favourite destinations for the weekend. You can come with friends quite quickly by ferry or private boat. Its proximity to Athens makes it an excellent introduction to the world of the Cyclades. Perfect for summer holidays, Kythnos will not disappoint with its many beaches and local dishes. Its future is based on the famous spa, indicated by the island's other name Thermia which says it all!
