Chozoviotissa
The spectacular monastery built on steep slopes at three hundred meters above the sea, fascinates with its special beauty, a result of the challenge felt by people on how to come to grips with this rugged landscape, overcoming all the difficulties to create an architectural wonder which flutters like a dove on the wild and inaccessible cliffs. Climbing the steps up to the monastery, whilst taking in the passing of time, twelve centuries after its creation, where the monks continuously pray in the name of Our Lady for the saviour of the world.
